ABOUT THE WEST SIDE ART PROGRAM
The West Side Art Program is a year-long series of high quality, dynamic arts projects for all students at West Side School. Projects introduce a broad range of art practices that directly relate to the class curriculum, with particular focus on collaboration, innovation, and joy.
Lead artist Jessica Martin and invited guest artists focus on process rather than product, giving students the opportunity to create through experimentation and develop a positive, confident relationship with the arts as tools for learning and self expression throughout life.
We have also created the Arts Equity Team to bring more arts projects that are relevant to all cultures and backgrounds represented at our school and in our community. Join us!
